Fuelling the
supply lines of
East Africa
Omega Fuels is the petroleum brand of Omega Logistics Limited — a Ugandan energy logistics company licensed for the exportation and wholesale distribution of petroleum products, and building an inland Free Zone network for import, storage and cross-border fuel supply.
An in-land oil & gas service center, built for East Africa
Omega Logistics Ltd was incorporated in Uganda in 2008 and operates under the petroleum brand Omega Fuels. Petroleum products are not refined locally in Uganda — the country imports the large majority of its fuel via Kenya, the United Arab Emirates, China and other partners. Omega Fuels was built to strengthen that supply chain, operating under the Petroleum Supply Act (2003) and the Petroleum Supply (General) Regulations (2009), regulated by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Development.
The company's model centres on Free Zone facilitation: in-land storage and service centres positioned along Uganda's key transit corridors, supporting the import, export, wholesale distribution and secure cross-border movement of petroleum products for Uganda and its neighbours — the Democratic Republic of Congo, South Sudan, Rwanda, Burundi and Tanzania.
Registered office: Plot 57/58, Tank Hill Road, Muyenga, Kampala, Uganda.

Vision, mission & values
Vision
To stay firmly rooted in Africa's oil & gas market as global majors withdraw — expanding first across the East African Community, then further afield, with access to Jet A-1, Kerosene, Petrol, Diesel and Oil Lubricants.
Mission
To build an inflation-beating business that stays profitable for investors and shareholders — targeting 5–7% regional market share within five years, backed by disciplined operations and real-time efficiency.
Values
Quality, value, service, innovation and trust — underpinned by transparency, integrity, excellency, quality assurance and customer care in every operation.
Integrated petroleum logistics, end to end
Under the Petroleum Supply Act, Omega Logistics Limited has pursued licensing across the full value chain — import through to retail — so that supply, storage and distribution can be managed under one operator.
Cross-border sourcing and shipment of Premium, Gas Oil and Kerosene, structured for compliant, efficient movement across regional borders.
Bulk and retail distribution of refined petroleum products to commercial, industrial and strategic stockholding customers.
Strategic stock holding in storage cells engineered for one to fifty million litres, with volume tracking across receipt and dispatch.
Planning and support for pipeline terminal equipment, fiscal metering, and custody transfer between operators.
Land and water transport of petroleum products, run alongside trucking, transit-yard and cross-border logistics services.
Support for industrial consumers and processing operations, aligned with Uganda's Petroleum Supply Regulations, 2009.
